The cream itself felt nice on my skin, but I don’t think it’s worth what they’re charging. I expected a lot more for the price, and I’ve used cheaper products that worked about the same for me. I also reached out to support with a question and got what felt like a copy-paste reply, which was frustrating. Overall, not terrible, just way too expensive for what it is.

I’ve been using this on my dry skin and I think it’s really helping. My skin feels soft for most of the day, maybe even all day, and it doesn’t leave that greasy feeling I was worried about. I wasn’t sure at first, but so far I’m happy with it...

I had to return something and expected it to be more of a hassle, but support was really nice about it. From my perspective, the whole process went smoothly and didn’t feel stressful at all.

I really wanted to like this more because the cream itself feels nice going on, but the fragrance is strong for me. After using it a few times, my skin got a little red, so it made me wonder a bit about how gentle the formula really is. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad product, but if you’re sensitive to scents like I am, it might be worth thinking twice. Shipping was fine and the website was easy enough to use.

I really do like the product itself, but the shipping process was disappointing. My order took much longer than the timeframe they gave, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time. When I reached out to customer service, the replies were vague and kind of made me feel like I was being talked down to for even asking. For what this costs, I expected the fulfillment and communication to be a lot better.

I liked the texture more than I thought I would. At first it feels kind of thick. Not greasy though. More like a soft cream that melts around easily once you start spreading it. I learned fast that a little is enough, because if I go in with too much, it can feel a bit heavy.

My skin is dry, so I don’t mind a richer feel. It doesn’t sink in right away, but after a few minutes it settles and leaves my face feeling comfortable. That said, sometimes it does sit on top a little if I overdo it. So yeah, solid 4 stars for me.
